Extremely impressed!
My car broke down so I called AAA to get a reference for a repair shop, they referred me to Virginia Automotive Service. I had never gone there before but I was surprised by the friendly people and the great service! Not only did they offer me a free loaner car and instant credit, but they also did a complete inspection of my vehicle and informed me of all repairs needed and brought me up to date on all needed maintenance! By the way, if I had done my scheduled maintenance in the first place, I probably would not have had my car break down! Now I have a new "family" to take care of my problems and keep me on the road with great service, fair prices and a great warranty! I can't thank you guys enough!
